The reason we collect your personal information is simply to research & preserve family history, genealogy and our heritage.

Your personal information, data & records: We do not sell or rent your information to third parties or anyone else especially for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with other family members unless you specifically request that we not do so. We may also respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process by disclosing your information and other related information, if necessary. We also may choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may collect and possibly share information and any other additional information available to us in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

Personal information, data & records collected shall be protected in similar measures to that of a US Federal Census and for a period of 72 years from the date of the event. Additionally as long as an individual is living measures will taken to protect sensitive information. Personal information, data & records posted online will only show a year and not the actual date of an event if an individual is living. We do this by maintaining multiple & separate databases.
